Our company has adopted the Remote First format. This means that you can work remotely without having to visit the office. You have a complete freedom in choosing your working place and setting up your working environment. All project development work is performed in distributed clusters. These are cross-functional teams whose members work on common goals remotely.

If you need to work in the office or meet with your team in order to have a working session, team building event, or brainstorm, P2H provides coworking spaces. These have all the conditions for comfortable work.
