We need from you
- Experience working as HRD or HR Lead, HR Business Partner in IT company, preferably with 500-1000+ employees
- Experience with HR Strategy developing
- Experience in scaling HR processes and building different HR structures
- Project approach to HR processes implementation
- Understanding the types of corporate cultures, team values identifying
- Experience with HR metrics and HRIS implementation
- Change Management experience
- Show a proactive attitude and can-do mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Will be a plus
- Advanced degree with a Human Resources related focus
- Experience with remote work format
Responsibilities
People Operations (60%)
- Being the corporate culture evangelist. Specifically, the “Remote First” approach along with company Vision / Mission / Values
- Providing people management training/coaching for PMs
- Company-wide HR-reporting implementation and support
- Onboarding / Offboarding process implementation and support
- Ensuring cross-cutting carrier possibilities for employees
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (30%)
- Continuous nation-wide market analysis including rates, availability, demand
- Building and promoting the employer brand
- Ensuring the culture fit for newcomers
- Supervising job descriptions/offers, especially soft-skills requirements
Events (10%)
- Organizing events and initiatives related to the “Remote First” approach
- Organizing corporate events and training
